  • Pre-orders open every Sunday morning and stay open until 8pm Tuesday, or until we sell out—whichever comes first. Once you place your order online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the pickup address for pickup on Saturday from 10am-12pm in the North Tucson Foothills area. Everything is baked fresh in small batches, so quantities are limited each week.

  • Once you place your order online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the pickup address. Pickup is every Saturday from 10am-12pm in the North Tucson Catalina Foothills La Encantada Mall area.

  • We only use high-quality, simple and wholesome ingredients for our chocolate, fruit, olive oil and butter. We never use preservatives. For our sweets, non-bleached flour and for our breads, a high protein (12% or higher) non-bleached flour, for a chewy, airy crumb.

  • đŸ„– The French baguette bread is best enjoyed within 5 days wrapped in linen or foil at room temperature. To revive hardened baguette, run it quickly under water to add moisture, then bake it at 400°F for 10 minutes to make it crusty again. You can also store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Slice the baguette before freezing to allow for thawing only the needed amount. Reheat directly from frozen in a 350°F–400°F oven for 5–10 minutes.

    đŸ« Chocolate Cake stays fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature in an airtight container.

    😋 Since everything is made without preservatives, it’s best to enjoy your treats fresh—or freeze them to make the goodness last a little longer.

Welcome to Winmor Bakery! Where every homemade small batch is baked with love and care. I was inspired to begin baking our own breads and treats when we found out our daughter had serious nut and sesame allergies. So what started as a challenge has become a more balanced and healthy way for our whole family to live. I wanted to share this passion for high-quality baked-goods that are not only safer, but fresher and healthier than what stores can offer. I hope you and yours can enjoy it too!
